*Testing Services is closed in accordance with the OTC schedule. If OTC closes due to inclement weather, Testing Services will also close.
During inclement weather, please listen to local media or check the OTC website for school closure information. If OTC is closed, Testing Services will also be closed.*
Please note that OTC only allows testers in the testing center (no children or non-testers).
To schedule your test with accommodations, please schedule an appointment using the button above in addition to submitting this form: DSS Exam Request.
Please provide at least 3 business days notice prior to your exam.
All appointments utilizing accommodations, including extended time, must be within the Republic Testing Center’s hours of operation or the request will be denied.
